Vineyard Columbus Church
Vineyard Columbus Church conducts bi-yearly Congregation Satisfaction surveys which consist of thirty-nine scaled questions (including demographics) that they use to help
determine what programs and services people use the most and what they like or dislike about them. Using the results, they plan for the upcoming year with the
hope of increasing membership and satisfying existing members of the congregation.
Vineyard Columbus has been conducting this survey since 2002 and they are currently using scannable forms to collect the data. Scannable forms are preferred due to their
ease-of-use and high response rate. They distribute the forms during church services with the pastor reading the questions during the service and the members
filling in the form.
Vineyard Columbus feels this method gives them the best response rates given their diverse congregation demographics. They continue to receive around 5,500 responses per survey.
Vineyard Columbus contracted TTI in 2012 to assist with their ongoing survey service needs. TTI recreated their existing scannable form survey in a format that would
be more cost effective for them. The form redesign provided a very similar and familiar layout from previous years. TTI had the forms printed and delivered by
mail to the church for distribution. Completed forms were sent back to TTI by mail where they were scanned using professional high-volume Scantron scanners.
TTI provided the raw data file to the survey administrator at the church who was responsible for creating reports. Results from individuals were anonymous and only the ministry pastors
received the reports.

EMC uses Training
Technologies' services in order to assist in the delivery, data collection, and reporting of surveys for the
education market. The surveys are provided to educational institutions and are focused on gathering overall
feedback about the quality of services provided to the students. EMC has used TTI for the past four consecutive
years to assist with these surveys and foresees using them again in the near future.
Training Technologies provides the "bubble-sheet" forms, the scanning of the completed forms, and final summary
reports of the data. The response data is then e-mailed to EMC so additional reports can be created.
EMC has found that TTI's service bureau is fast and reliable, often supplying materials and information in a
shorter time frame than expected. The levels of professionalism and personal contact have been consistent over
the years and represent two of the primary reasons EMC continues to use TTI's services.
